Every project starts with a free call to talk through your needs, your space, and your budget.
2. On-Site Consultation ($50)*
I walk your space, listen to what you need, and take measurements. The $50 fee is credited toward your install.
3. Design & Quote
You get a clear proposal covering equipment, labor, and timeline. No surprises, no pressure.
4. Install & Training
Professional installation on your schedule, finished with hands-on training so your team can run everything with confidence.
*The $50 on-site rate applies within reasonable travel distance of Monroe, MI. For longer distances, we start with a free virtual walkthrough, and an on-site fee is assessed based on location.

How much does an AV or lighting installation cost?
Usually less than people fear. Every project is designed around your budget, not the other way around. A small sanctuary refresh and a full sound, LED wall, lighting, and livestream build are very different projects, so everything starts with a free consultation call. And I work with you to make sure whatever we recommend fits your budget and accomplishes your vision. All nonprofit organizations receive discounted pricing.
We have a tight budget. Is professional AV even an option for us?
Absolutely. My goal isn’t to take your money, it’s to set you up for your vision in the most cost effective way possible. I’ll tell you honestly where it’s worth spending and where it isn’t, and if it makes sense to phase the project over time so the cost spreads out, we can plan it that way from the start.
Do you work with our existing equipment?
Yes, and I prefer to. If your speakers, projectors, cameras, lighting, or any other equipment still has life in it, I’ll build around it rather than selling you gear you don’t need. You only pay for what actually improves your space.
Aren’t LED walls expensive?
They don’t have to be. My LED walls are sourced straight from the manufacturer, with no middleman markup. You get the high quality you expect without the high price you expect. From sizing and mounting through content and control, I handle the whole project for both sanctuaries and event venues.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Monroe, Michigan, and most of my installs are in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, including Monroe County, Downriver, and Toledo. That said, I take install projects nationwide. Travel is included in your quote up front, so there are no surprises.
Can you set up livestreaming for our services?
Absolutely. This is my first passion. As a videographer by trade, livestream and camera systems are a specialty, and I design setups volunteers can actually run week to week, built around your budget and any cameras you already own.
What happens after you install?
We provide custom tailored training and support (depending on your install) so you’re never left wondering how to use your new equipment. My job isn’t done until your team is confident running the system on their own.
